Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share when you visit our site or contact us for service.

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Paloma Plumbing, LLC ("Paloma Plumbing," "we," "our," or "us") operates palomaplumbing.com and provides plumbing services in Fort Worth, Texas and the surrounding DFW metroplex. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or contact us, what we do with that information, and the choices you have.

We wrote this to be readable. If anything's unclear, call us at (682) 895-5325 or email service@palomatx.com and we'll explain plainly.

Information you give us directly

When you fill out a contact form on our site, we collect what you enter:

When you call or text us at (682) 895-5325, we collect the standard information you'd expect: your phone number (from caller ID), what we talked about, and notes needed to schedule and complete the service.

When you email us at service@palomatx.com, we receive your email address and whatever's in the message.

Information collected automatically when you visit

Like almost every website, ours uses tools that collect basic technical information about your visit. This is standard for any business website today:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics (Measurement ID G-6QN19BX285) to understand how visitors find and use our site. GA4 tells us things like: what pages get visited, how long people stay, what device and browser they use, and roughly where they're located (typically city-level). It does not tell us your name, email, or exact address unless you separately provide it through a form.

GA4 uses cookies to do this. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by turning on your browser's Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control setting.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PJHNL4VV), maintained by our marketing partner Search Kings, to manage our Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags. This lets us measure whether people who click our Google Ads end up contacting us, so we can spend our advertising budget on ads that actually work.

Phone call click tracking

When you tap a phone number link on our site (like the "Call (682) 895-5325" button), we record that a click happened. We don't record your phone number or the call itself — just that someone clicked the call button on a specific page.

Netlify (our website host)

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which automatically logs standard technical information — your IP address, browser type, and requested pages — for security and performance purposes. Netlify's own privacy practices are documented on their site.

How we use the information

What we actually do with the information we collect:

Who we share it with — and don't share it with

We don't sell your information. Period. Not to marketers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone.

We do share limited information with the service providers who help us run the business:

Beyond those service providers, we only share information when we're legally required to (for example, a subpoena or court order) or when it's necessary to complete the service you asked for.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions and customer service records: we keep these for as long as needed to serve you, plus what we're legally required to retain for business records (typically 4–7 years depending on the type of record).

Analytics data: retained by Google per their standard retention settings (currently 14 months for user-level data).

If you'd like us to delete a specific record we hold about you, contact us at service@palomatx.com and we'll do so unless we're legally required to retain it.

Your choices

Children's privacy

Our website and services aren't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.

Texas residents and other state privacy laws

Paloma Plumbing operates in Texas. Texas doesn't currently have a state-level general consumer privacy law like California, Colorado, or Virginia, so the rights above apply broadly to anyone regardless of state. If you're a resident of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or another state with a specific consumer privacy law and you want to exercise a right specific to your state (like requesting a copy of your personal data), contact us at service@palomatx.com and we'll accommodate.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we may also post a notice on the homepage for a period of time.
