Services
Plumbing emergency during business hours? We pick up the phone, schedule you the same day whenever we can, and we'll be straight about timing. We're not 24/7 — but when we're open, we move fast.
About This Service
Here's the honest truth most plumbing websites won't tell you: most local plumbers can't actually deliver 24/7 emergency service. The phone gets answered by a service that takes a number and promises a call back. Then the next morning, the actual plumber calls and schedules you for tomorrow. We've decided not to play that game. Paloma operates Monday–Friday, 8am to 5pm. When you call during those hours, you get a real person, on a real schedule, with real same-day capacity. After hours and weekends, please call a 24/7 service. But for the 70% of plumbing problems that happen during business hours — we're the call.
What We Do
Tank leaks, burst pipes, no water in the whole house — these jump to the front of the schedule.
No hot water is treated as priority — we don't want you waiting on it.
Main line backups and sewage emergencies get prioritized over routine work.
If a gas appliance is offline or you suspect a leak (after the utility has confirmed the meter is off), we'll get to you fast.
When the schedule is full, we'll tell you straight. "We can be there tomorrow morning at 9" is a more honest answer than "someone will call you in 4 hours."
Call (682) 895-5325 to talk to us. Text the same number if it's easier — we monitor.
We come out, identify the problem, give you a written quote, and start work that day if you accept.
Why Paloma
Plenty of competitors have "24/7" splashed across their websites — and then their answering service takes a message and a real plumber calls you the next morning. We tell you up front when we're open.
Because we don't oversell, we actually have schedule room for same-day jobs almost every day.
When we can't be there the same day, we say so and offer the next-morning slot. No "someone will call you back."
From A Real Customer
"I called Paloma and in no less than 30 minutes the General Manager had a crew member come to my mom's house to turn the water back on. They are the best in the business — you can tell they take care of their clients."
— Joe A.

Honest Pricing
We come out, diagnose the actual problem, and give you a clear written bid before any work starts. If you accept the bid, the $99 fee goes away. If you don't, it covers our trip — no obligation, no high-pressure pitch.
Past 40 miles from our Fort Worth shop, the diagnostic fee is $120 (same "waived if booked" policy).
