Update: My mother's installed heater has been working great, got a call from her while at work. She had splashed some water on the sensor while mopping and the alarm went off. I called Paloma and in no less than 30 minutes the General Manager had a crew member come to my mom's house to turn the water back on. They are the best in the business — you can tell they take care of their clients. 10/10!
