About Paloma Plumbing
Locally owned in Fort Worth. Run under master plumber Brent Jones, who has 41 years in the trade. Founded in 2024 on one promise: fast service, fair prices, friendly faces every time.
Our Story
Paloma Plumbing was founded in 2024 by four partners who agreed on one thing: the plumbing trade in Fort Worth needed more honesty and less hard sell.
Too many DFW homeowners have a story about a plumber who showed up late, talked down to them, slipped in a "now that I'm here, you also need…" line, or left the work area worse than they found it. We've heard those stories. We've fixed problems other companies left behind. And we built Paloma to be the opposite of all of it.
We operate under master plumber Brent Jones (Texas RMP-16431), who has 41 years in the trade — the kind of experience you can't shortcut. That's where the actual work meets the actual standards. The customer-facing side is run by owner Clayton Warren and General Manager Tylan Corder, who together set the pace for how every job gets quoted, scheduled, and finished.
We work in older Fort Worth homes with slab leaks and copper pipe corrosion. We work in newer Keller and Southlake builds that need the punch-list issues fixed before anyone moves in. We work with restaurants and nursing homes that can't afford a 48-hour wait on a backup. And we partner with local builders and remodelers who need a plumbing crew they can put on a job site without supervision.
"We stand by every pipe, every promise — guaranteed right every time."
Meet The Owner
Clayton Warren is the owner and public face of Paloma Plumbing. You'll see him on our trucks, on our shirts, and in our advertising — he's the brand. The day-to-day work of running Paloma falls to General Manager Tylan Corder and our operations team, working under the direct license and oversight of master plumber Brent Jones.
Clayton came into plumbing through his business partners — including Brent Jones, a Texas-licensed master plumber with 41 years of hands-on trade experience. That partnership is what made Paloma possible: deep technical expertise paired with a customer-first way of running a business.
The Team Behind The Work
Paloma is small on purpose — small enough that the people on your job actually know your name, big enough to handle anything from a kitchen faucet swap to a whole-house repipe.
Sets the standard customers experience from the first phone call to the final invoice. Personally accountable for the work the company does.
Oversees every project and crew in the field — scheduling, dispatch, on-site quality. The reason Paloma can promise "we'll be there today" and actually mean it.
Paloma's Texas Responsible Master Plumber, with more than four decades in the trade. Every job is performed to Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners standards and code, under Brent's direct oversight.
Our techs drive marked Paloma vehicles, wear branded uniforms, and carry the parts they need to finish most jobs in one trip — no "we'll have to come back tomorrow" if we can help it.
What Makes Paloma Different
Three promises. Every job. No exceptions.
Same-day service Monday through Friday whenever the schedule allows. We answer the phone, we show up when we say we will, and we don't make you sit at home from 8am to 6pm waiting for a "window."
Note: Paloma operates business hours only — Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. We're not a 24/7 emergency line, and we won't pretend to be.
$99 inspection fee, waived when you accept the bid ($120 for jobs more than 40 miles from our Fort Worth shop). Every quote is in writing before we lift a wrench. No "while we were in there…" upsells. No hidden trip charges.
If the scope changes mid-job, we stop, explain, and you say yes or no before we go further.
We take our boots off at the door, we don't track mud through your kitchen, and we treat your house like our own. We answer the dumb questions, we explain what we're doing as we go, and we leave the work area cleaner than we found it.
This isn't a marketing slogan. Read our reviews — customers mention it specifically.
Who We Serve
Slab leaks. Galvanized and copper pipe corrosion. Cast iron sewer lines. We know the signature problems of older Fort Worth neighborhoods — Arlington Heights, Westcliff, Ridglea, TCU area — and we know how to fix them without tearing up your whole house.
Newer construction in Keller, Southlake, Saginaw, and the surrounding suburbs. Punch-list items before move-in, kitchen and bathroom remodels, water heater swaps, fixture upgrades.
Backup, slow drains, grease line issues, code-required repairs. We work commercial schedules and understand what an unplanned closure costs you.
Hot water systems, ADA-compliant fixtures, code-driven maintenance. Discreet, professional work in environments where residents come first.
Construction partners trust Paloma on their job sites. We show up when we say we will, we don't slow your schedule down, and our work passes inspection.
"As a builder/remodeler I'm always looking for teams we can count on. These guys raise the bar." — Leighton W., builder, 5-star Google review
Our Guarantee
